Conversion of cement plant into peat plant

Planora Oy was responsible for the structural engineering design of the peat receiving station, delivery of peat handling equipment to Rwanda and supervision during construction on site in Rwanda.

• design of maintenance platforms
• delivery of crusher and conveyors for sod peat
• delivery of steel structures
• delivery of combustion equipment for rotary kiln
• supervision during construction

In addition, experts from Planora Oy drew up plans for peat production and were part of starting up peat production in Rwanda.
