Finnish Energy Club
The Finnish Energy Club was founded in 2010 by Finnish energy industry companies. The club was established to promote practical cooperation between Finland and Russia in energy efficiency and the renewable energy sectors, and to realize the aims of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Employment and the Economy of Finland and the Russian Ministry of Energy for cooperation in the fields of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources.
In spring 2015, the club decided to expand its activity area to outside the Russian Federation to include other areas as well.
